A short movie-animation that illustrates the interview that John Lennon gave in 1969 in a 14-year-old Beatle fanatic.
Jerry Levitan armed with a reel-to-reel tape deck, snuck into John Lennon’s hotel room in Toronto and convinced John to do an interview about peace.
With the interview as a soundtrack, after 38 this short movie was born with title “I Met the Walrus”.
The movie was nominated for an Oscar for “best animated short” at the 2008 Academy Awards, and won “Best Animated” at the Manhattan Short Film Festival.
